In order to allow you to book your next vacation, we offer you to block your rental without risk:
no deposit required before February 2023. Changes possible up to 14 days before arrival. Cancellation insurance is advised to you even for the COVID risk.
Terms of cancelation :In order to allow you to book your next vacation, we offer you to block your rental without risk:
no deposit required before February 2023. Changes possible up to 14 days before arrival. Cancellation insurance is advised to you even for the COVID risk.
- Less than 7 days before the start of the stay, the deposit and balance remain acquired to the owner.
- If the cancellation occurs more than 7 days before the start of the stay, the customer can cancel or choose other dates depending on availability.
Abandonment of stay:
The tenant cannot claim any compensation or reimbursement from the lessor if he shortens or interrupts his stay for any reason whatsoever.
The booking rules remain unchanged:
- 30% deposit on booking,
- balance no later than 30 days before arrival.
Any cancellation or delay must be notified in writing, letter or email.
If the tenant does not show up on the day mentioned on the invoice/stay form and without notice to the lessor, this contract is considered terminated, the amount of the rent remains acquired by the lessor and he can dispose of his rental.
In the event of cancellation of the rental by the lessor, the latter will return to the tenant the sums collected.
Terms and conditions :
The tenant agrees not to bring additional people without the authorization from the lessor, not to sublet the accommodation, to use the premises peacefully, to insure against rental risks such as theft, fire , water damage.
When entering the premises, the tenant will read the rules of procedure.
The presence of animals is not allowed.
General layout:
the tenant may not under any circumstances claim any right to remain in the premises at the end of the rental period initially provided for in this contract, except with the consent of the lessor.
For the Villa les Hespérides:
The facilities & equipment (natural swimming, bicycles, etc.) are strictly reserved for the sole occupants of the furnished accommodation.
